- Edamame - 200 grams (in pods)
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Green onions - 1, finely chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the edamame pods. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add the cooked edamame to the skillet along with the soy sauce, red chili flakes, and rice vinegar. Stir well to coat the edamame evenly.
