  • Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons

  • Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Thai basil leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic, sliced ginger, and red chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
