- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1, sliced

- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Spring onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili paste, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to combine all ingredients. Drizzle with sesame oil and add chopped spring onions. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
