Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, sliced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 150 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly golden. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add chili paste and sesame oil, and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
