- Chicken breast - 300 grams, sliced

- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 150 grams
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly golden. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add chili paste and sesame oil, and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
