Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1, cut into squares
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well to ensure all the pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper into squares and chopping the green onions.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and green onions onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
