Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
