- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Cook the gluten-free rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
