- Scallions - 2, chopped

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until it's cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
