  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and red chili paste. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
