- Egg Noodles - 200 grams
- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Breast - 150 grams, diced
- Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green Onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Cooked Edamame - 100 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Boil a pot of water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
