Ingredients

  • Egg Noodles - 200 grams
  • Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Breast - 150 grams, diced
  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green Onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Cooked Edamame - 100 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
