- Coconut milk - 80 ml

- Red bean paste - 50 grams
- Matcha powder - 5 grams

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, icing sugar, and matcha powder.
- Add coconut milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape each into a ball.
- Dust your working surface with cornstarch and flatten each dough ball into a disc about 10 cm in diameter.
- Place 25 grams of red bean paste in the center of each disc.
- Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a smooth ball.
- Dust the mooncake with cornstarch to prevent sticking, then place it in a mooncake mold and press firmly.
- Release the mooncake from the mold and set aside. Repeat with the second mooncake.
- Refrigerate the mooncakes for at least 30 minutes before serving.
