- Cucumber - 100 grams

- Sichuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Press the firm tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a pan, dry roast the Sichuan peppercorns over medium heat until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes, then crush them lightly.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, and a pinch of salt to create the dressing.
- In a separate bowl, add the cubed tofu, diced cucumber, grated carrot, diced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine all ingredients and evenly coat them with the dressing.
