Steps

  1. In a small pan, dry roast the Sichuan peppercorns over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, then crush them lightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and crushed Sichuan peppercorns to create the dressing.

  4. Remove the skillet from heat and let the beef cool slightly.
