  • Dried red chili peppers - 5-7 pieces
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) - 1 inch
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch - 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp with soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.

  5. Add sugar and chopped green onions, tossing everything together for another minute.
