Steps
- Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

- Add sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot to the skillet, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Gently add the marinated fish pieces to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Pour in the remaining soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water. Stir gently to combine and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
