- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chili bean paste - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Scallions - 2, chopped

Steps
- Wash the eggplants and cut them into 2-inch long chunks.
