- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon

- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Cilantro - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Cucumber - 100 grams, julienned
Steps
- Start by gently draining the silken tofu and placing it on a plate.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, minced ginger, ground Sichuan peppercorns, soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well to create the sauce.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the tofu, allowing it to soak in.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped green onions and cilantro over the top of the tofu.
- Add the julienned cucumber around the tofu for garnish.
