Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 300 grams
  • Sichuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried red chilies - 5 pieces
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with cornstarch, salt, and half of the soy sauce. Set aside for 10 minutes.
