- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped

- Coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Peel and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes, then soak them in water for about 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the soaked potatoes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until just tender, then drain and set aside.
