- Cooked chicken breast - 100 grams, shredded (optional)
- Baby spinach - 100 grams
Steps
- Cook the whole wheat noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Sichuan peppercorns and red chili flakes to the skillet, stirring for another 30 seconds.
