Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Sichuan chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
