- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped

- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden crust.
- While the patties are cooking, mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl to create a spicy mayo.
- To assemble the burgers, spread a layer of spicy mayo on the bottom half of each bun, place a chicken patty on top, and add slices of cucumber and chopped cilantro. Top with the other half of the bun.
