  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 100 milliliters
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. While the beef is marinating, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  5. Add the blanched broccoli to the skillet and pour in the water. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the broccoli is heated through.
