- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the Sichuan peppercorns. Toast them for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat and set aside.
