  • Bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the Sichuan peppercorns. Toast them for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In the same pan used for the peppercorns, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
