- Raw peanuts - 200 grams
- Sichuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon

- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Spread the raw peanuts evenly on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through until they are golden brown.
- While the peanuts are roasting, heat the vegetable oil in a small pan over low heat and add the Sichuan peppercorns.
- Cook the peppercorns in the oil for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
