  • Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Peanuts, crushed - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Cook the whole wheat noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
