Steps

- Reduce the heat and stir in the soy sauce and rice vinegar. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
- Carefully add the fish fillets to the pot, ensuring they are submerged in the broth. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
