  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Start by boiling water in a pot and gently add the silken tofu. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through, then carefully remove and drain.
  2. In a small pan, dry roast the Sichuan peppercorns over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then grind them into a powder using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder.
