- Sichuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Cilantro - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a pot, bring 500 milliliters of water to a boil and add the sliced ginger, minced garlic, dried red chili peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
