  • Lobster meat (cooked, chopped) - 100 grams
  • Egg (beaten) - 1 large
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Add this mixture to the skillet along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

  7. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the sauce.
  8. Pour in the beaten egg, stirring gently to create ribbons in the sauce, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and white pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped green onions.
  10. Serve hot, ideally over steamed rice or noodles.
