Ingredients

  • Egg Noodles - 150 grams
  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 200 grams
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Bell Pepper (sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot (julienned) - 1/2 cup
  • Green Onion (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Snow Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet along with the cooked egg noodles.
  7. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
