- Oyster Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Bell Pepper (sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Carrot (julienned) - 1/2 cup
- Green Onion (chopped) - 2 stalks
- Snow Peas - 1/2 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet along with the cooked egg noodles.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
