- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, chopped

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Rub the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, and half of the minced garlic and ginger.
- Place the seasoned pork in a baking dish and cover it with foil. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- While the pork is cooking, prepare the garlic sauce by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Once the pork is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Shred the pork with two forks.
- Combine the shredded pork with the garlic sauce, mixing well to coat the meat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
