  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green onions - 30 grams, chopped
  • Mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
  • Coriander leaves - for garnish
  • Chili flakes - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the sweet soy sauce.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circular shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the sweet soy sauce mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Top the pizza with sliced red bell pepper, mushrooms, and green onions.
  7. Sprinkle chili flakes over the toppings for added heat, if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the toppings are cooked.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before slicing and serving.
