Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 cm thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add diced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, low-sodium soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
