Ingredients
- All-purpose flour - 200 grams
- Warm water - 120 ml
- Active dry yeast - 5 grams
- Sugar - 5 grams
- Salt - 5 grams
- Scallions - 100 grams, finely chopped
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Soy sauce - 15 ml
- Black pepper - 1 gram
- Sesame oil - 5 ml
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the scallion filling by mixing chopped scallions, vegetable oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle about 25 cm in diameter.
- Spread the scallion mixture evenly over the surface of each rolled-out dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the scallion filling to create a crust, then press down to seal it.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each pizza for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot.
