Ingredients
- Gluten-free all-purpose flour - 200 grams
- Boiling water - 120 milliliters
- Scallions (green onions) - 100 grams, finely chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and salt. Gradually add the boiling water while stirring to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chopped scallions, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and black pepper to make the filling.
- After resting, divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle (about 20 cm in diameter).
- Spread half of the scallion mixture evenly over each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Roll each circle tightly into a log, then coil the log into a spiral shape and flatten it gently to form a round pie.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook each pie for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
