Ingredients

  • Gluten-free sausages - 400 grams
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 3 tablespoons
  • Hoisin sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced into strips
  • Zucchini - 1, sliced into rounds
  • Vegetable oil - for grilling

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the gluten-free sausages to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
  4. Remove the sausages from the marinade and grill them for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  5. While the sausages are grilling, toss the sliced red bell pepper and zucchini with a little vegetable oil, salt, and pepper, then grill them alongside the sausages for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Once the sausages and vegetables are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve the grilled sausages with the grilled vegetables and garnish with chopped green onions.
