  • Shanghai noodles - 200 grams

  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (vegetarian) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the Shanghai noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage and chopped green onions, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the cabbage wilts.
  6. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
