  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 50 milliliters

Steps

  1. Clean the fresh crab thoroughly under cold water and remove the shell, gills, and any inedible parts.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, Shaoxing wine, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, red chili flakes, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  3. Place the cleaned crab in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the crab is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
