Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 100 grams
  • Squid, cleaned and sliced - 100 grams
  • Crab meat - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Green bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander, chopped - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, squid, and crab meat to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until seafood is cooked through.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes and then remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the sautéed seafood mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  8. Sprinkle diced green bell peppers and sliced red onions on top of the seafood.
  9. Cover the seafood and vegetables with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh coriander, slice, and serve hot.
