Ingredients
- All-purpose flour - 150 grams
- Water - 100 milliliters
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Carrot - 1 small, grated
- Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water while stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chopped green onions, grated carrot, and chopped spinach. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.
- Divide the rested dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Spread a generous amount of the vegetable filling evenly over each circle, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll each pancake tightly like a jelly roll, then coil the roll into a spiral shape. Flatten gently with your palm.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each pancake for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
