- All-purpose flour - 200g
- Warm water - 100ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Ground pork - 150g
- Chopped green onions - 50g
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Ginger, minced - 1 tsp
- Garlic, minced - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the warm water while stirring until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the ground pork, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the rested dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle, about 20 cm in diameter.
- Place half of the meat mixture on one half of each rolled dough circle, leaving a small border around the edge. Fold the other half over to cover the filling and press the edges to seal.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of vegetable oil. Cook each flatbread for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve warm.
