  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Red bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
