Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (about 300g each)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
  3. Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears, and gently remove the meat from the shell while keeping it attached at one end.
  4. Place the lobster tails in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Once marinated, place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for about 5-6 minutes.
  6. Flip the lobster tails and grill for an additional 5-6 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
