Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce, maple syrup, and red pepper flakes (if using) and mix well.
