- Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
