- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks

- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Water - 1 liter
Steps
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are pink and opaque. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and remaining tablespoon of sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the cooked shrimp and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat the noodles in the sauce and shrimp evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
