- Egg noodles - 200 grams
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons

- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, julienned
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet, stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the drained noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce, chopped green onion, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and add the julienned cucumber, tossing gently to combine.
- Serve the noodles warm, garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
