Steps

  1. Wash the zucchini and slice it into 1 cm thick rounds or long strips, depending on your preference.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
