- Honey - 15 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
