Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 300 grams, boneless and skinless
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Sesame oil - 15 ml
  • Honey - 15 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, and place it on the grill.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
