- Sesame seeds - 50g (25g black and 25g white)
- Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste

- In a shallow dish, combine the coconut aminos, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
